Shipping
- All items are shipped first class USPS and tracking number will be sent to you via email once the item has shipped.
- Add shipping insurance if needed.
- Please read each items information about processing and shipping, they vary depending on if it is a ready to ship, or made to order piece.
Packaging
- Each piece is properly packaged and protected to ensure the journey to it's forever home is safe.
- I include a polishing pad with every order so you will be able to keep your new treasures as shiny as the day you received it!
Custom orders
- Custom orders are accepted and will take 7-14 days depending on volume of current orders. Send me an email under the "Contact" page with your request.
- Deposits for customs are non-refundable.
Sizing details
- Please know correct size for piece (rings, bracelets, necklace length). Incorrect sizing returns will not be accepted so please be sure before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact me beforehand.
Care instructions
- Remove jewelry before showering and swimming.
- Keep jewelry clean and dry-free of lotions, oils, perfumes, etc.
- Pieces should be stored in individually in airtight bags to prevent oxidation.
- All of the above care instructions will help to ensure your piece stays the same as the day you received it.
Returns
- Returns are accepted 1 week after purchase if the item is in the same condition as when you received it (this does not include damaged pieces). Please contact me as soon as you are unsatisfied and I will help resolve the issue. Your happiness is my priority and I want you to be pleased with your purchase. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Repairs
- Repairs are taken on case by case. If for some reason a piece you've purchased from me needs a repair, I will do my best to work with you depending on the severity of the case.
